Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom system cost?
It starts at USD 499, and the final price depends on what you need: a booking system for a clinic is very different from an ordering system for a distributor. Once I understand your case, I send you a written quote with its validity period. Projects start with a 30% deposit and the rest is agreed case by case.
How long does it take?
A basic system takes 4 to 8 weeks, and a more complex one 2 to 4 months. The timeline is written into the quote.
Is there a monthly cost?
Yes. The system needs a server, a database and support, and the cost depends on the infrastructure each one uses. You'll see it in the quote before we start.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. It runs in any browser: your office computer, a tablet or your phone. There's nothing to install.
Can I keep using Excel while you build it?
Yes, and once the system is ready I can move your Excel data into it. You don't start from scratch.
Can I add features later?
Yes. The system is built to grow. Each improvement is quoted separately.
Who can use the system?
You and anyone you choose. Everyone logs in with their own user: you see everything, and each employee sees what they need to do their job.
Do I own the system?
The service includes use of the system, hosting and support. If at some point you want the source code to run it yourself, that's quoted separately.
