2. Data we collect
OberSys may collect the following types of data:
- Contact data: name, email address, and phone number voluntarily provided by the user when reaching out via WhatsApp or email.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and other technical data collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze site traffic. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings.
3. Purpose of data processing
Data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to inquiries and quotes requested by the user.
- Manage the contractual relationship arising from service engagements.
- Analyze site traffic to improve user experience (anonymous data via GA4).
OberSys does not sell, transfer, or share personal data with third parties, except to Google LLC under Google Analytics 4 and its own privacy policies.
4. Legal basis
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations. The legal basis is the user's consent when voluntarily making contact, and contract performance when applicable.
5. Data retention
Contact data is retained while an active business relationship exists or until the user requests deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (default: 14 months for user data).
6. Your rights
Under Article 14 of Law 25.326, data subjects have the right to:
- Access: request information about stored personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request removal of their data ("right to be forgotten").
- Objection: object to data processing for specific purposes.
To exercise these rights, send an email to info@obersys.com stating the right you wish to exercise. OberSys will respond within the deadlines established by law.
7. Google Analytics 4
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google LLC. GA4 collects information about site usage through cookies and similar technologies. Data is transferred to and stored on Google servers in the United States.

8. WhatsApp communication
By reaching out via the WhatsApp link, the user accepts WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) terms of use and privacy policy. OberSys uses WhatsApp exclusively for commercial and technical support communication.
9. Security
OberSys takes reasonable technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet transmission system is 100% secure.
10. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with applicable law, you may file a complaint with the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law 25.326.
11. Changes to this policy
OberSys reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance of the changes.
