2. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of obersys.com, as well as the engagement of custom web development and software services offered by OberSys. By using the site, the user expressly accepts these terms.
3. Services
OberSys offers the following services:
- Institutional landing pages: design and development of websites with up to 5 sections, technical SEO, and first-year domain management.
- Custom management systems: web software development for managing clients, inventory, appointments, sales, and internal processes.
- Maintenance & support: monthly service covering updates, infrastructure, and technical support for products built by OberSys.
4. Engagement process
The process begins with a free consultation via WhatsApp or email. OberSys prepares a detailed quote that the client must approve in writing (email or message). The contract is binding only upon acceptance of the quote and payment of the agreed deposit.
Prices listed on the site are reference prices in Argentine Pesos (ARS) including VAT. The final price depends on the scope and specific requirements of each project. Prices may change without notice; the applicable price is the one agreed upon in the approved quote.
5. Payment
OberSys accepts bank transfer and other mutually agreed payment methods. Payment structure (deposit and balance) is detailed in each quote. Project start is conditional on receipt of the agreed deposit.
6. Delivery timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates communicated in the quote. The timeline begins once the client delivers all required materials (copy, images, credentials, style references). Delays in providing materials extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
7. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revision before launch. Changes requested after delivery (new copy, images, colors, additional features) are quoted separately based on scope.
8. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client acquires usage rights to the developed product. OberSys retains the right to mention the work in its portfolio. Source code, designs, and materials produced by OberSys may not be resold or sublicensed without express authorization.
9. Liability
OberSys is not liable for losses or damages arising from the client's or their users' use of the software. OberSys is also not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, domains, external APIs) outside its control. OberSys's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
10. Cancellation
The client may cancel the project at any time. Amounts already paid are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after development has started, OberSys may invoice for the proportional work completed up to the date of cancellation.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Quilmes, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
